Acquisition of Clearlight by
Denmans Electrical Wholesalers Limited
On 29 June 2007 Denmans Electrical Wholesalers Limited purchased the share capital of Power Industries Limited which owns 100% of Clearlight Electrical Company Limited. As you may well be aware, Denmans is part of Rexel the worldwide market leader in electrical wholesale distribution.
For the moment, Clearlight Electrical Company Limited will continue to retain its legal identity and to trade under existing agreements. Previous Clearlight Directors, Ann Winsper and Joe Franklin will become Operations Manager and Regional Manager respectively with Joe managing the Clearlight branches. Ann, Joe and the team will continue to provide you with the same level of customer service that you have been used to and we are confident that the combined Denmans Clearlight operation will lead to an enhanced offer to our customers.
